The association’s Automotive Communications Awards recognizes organizations that provide automotive information through outstanding efforts in advertising, marketing and public relations. Ziebart’s “Z-Mom’s” campaign was among several submissions in the business-to-consumer vertical. The creative campaign was selected for its ability to connect with the brand’s growing female audience on topics that are important to them in a lighthearted, approachable and engaging way.
Ziebart’s “Z-Mom’s Campaign” features real-life discussions with four women who embody the traits of the brand’s core consumer, busy mid-life moms with a mile-long to-do-list. In the discussions, shared in video format on social media, each mom had received an interior car detailing from Ziebart and talked about the importance of car cleanliness in relation to overall family health, alongside proper ways to protect large family investments – like the vehicle. The campaign was released in a three-episode stint on Ziebart’s Facebook page.
“Health and safety measures were on the top of everyone’s mind throughout the early stages of 2020, so with that in mind we wanted to address this in a creative way to resonate with our female customer base.
