Edmund Russell, Technical manager had started a visit to Qatar last week carrying out a retraining course for the technicians to carry utilizing an innovative training program will be able to train to different new products. The training sessions are presented and are tailored according to the needs of the customer’s individual available services with our master franchisee NBKS.

Ziebart is always very keen to provide the 40 countries franchisees all over the world with an annual training to the workshops technician to insure that our first goal exceeding customer’s satisfaction is always achieved.

Ziebart Qatar – NBKS has been operating successfully from its state of the art 1000 square meter at Salwa Road location for the last Five years exceeding customer’s satisfaction with a ratio of over 90 percent with a goal to achieve 100 percent of customer’s satisfaction.
